The Vista Pointe community is located in the coastal city of Calabasas, California. Vista Pointe offers a prime location situated next to the Calabasas Country Club golf course. This is a 24 hour guard gated community that offers a private location with golf course and valley views. A large majority of homes were built here between 1979 to 1987 and feature three to six bedroom floor plans that range in size from 2,686 to 7,981 square feet of living space. This is a relatively small neighborhood with monthly homeowners association dues covering the gated entrance and two tennis courts for residents to use.
